Please help me about Windows98!!

To computer experts:
I've re-install my Windows98 Million times.
but my computer still got frozen normally.
I don't use that computer to get on the internet.
I only use that for working at home.
Everytime I got that problem ,I recieve errior messages
as follow..

1. A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:FF03A76D
2. System Busy
3. An exception 0E has occurred at 0028:00000078 in
VxD---. This was called from 0028:C004FAFA in VxD---.
It may be possible to continue normally.

Everytimes I recived the third errior message ,then I
format my computer and install my computer again.
Because I don't want this problem continue normally.
But I just got the #1 and #3 message again after 3 hours
I installed my computer.
Can anybody tell me what's the problem is ?Is that
Windows98's problem or that my hardware's problem?
and what can I do to solve it ?
Please help me with that if you know the answer.

What kind of hardware do you use?
Espcially Producer of the RAM's, Chip, Board, CPU.
