As a further clarification, this OS "destination" is similar to Detroit or
Memphis, although I believe it is more akin to Nashville in terms of
content.

Never mind. It turns out that Boston isn't an OS or Internet-related
product (despite it's OS-sounding code name) but rather is a code name for
an integrated development tool forthcoming from MS which will, essentially,
make it easier to use multiple MS development tools (VC++, VB, VJ++) within
this new front end. Boston is expected to debut in March at a developer's
conference, although beta testing is expected before then (if it hasn't
started already).
