Is anyone else having problems getting multiple processors
working with windows 2000 professional?

I have dual celerons with an ABit BP6 motherboard.
In the device manager I changed my driver from standard PC
into an MPS multiprocessor.
Windows won't boot, everything goes to hell, luckily I have
my ntoskrnl.exe and my hardware abstraction layer(hal.dll)
as well as some other sysem files backed up so I can
recover.

Still It'd be nice to get both procs running. I read in
some help file that when you instal multiprocessor support
it switches your ntkrnlpla.exe file with your ntoskrnl.exe
and makes changes to your hal.dll but that you'll get
bluescreen number 00000000097 or whatever if these files
conflict.
Is this my problem? Anyone else have experience with
windows 2000 RC2 professional and dual processors??
