On the Microsoft site, I read a press release from March stating that client
and server versions of an operating system based on the Whistler code will be
available in the second half of 2001. I know that the client version of the
Whistler code has been designated Windows XP (both Home Edition and
Professional) and is due to launch on October 25, 2001.

However, I cannot find anything on the server version of Whistler. Does
anyone have any info on this?

Many thanks.

Do a search for "Windows 2002" or ".Net Server"
