Video card AND printer DOESN'T WORK W/ WIN98!!!

My video card (800x600x64k Avance Logic Algerian 2302/2 video card is
"incompatable" w/ win98, and my monitor (magitronic) is "unrecognized.") My
printer (a 540 HP Deskjet) is ALSO incompatable, & it can not print. I updated
drivers from the HP website, and I've tried changing the IRQ's to what's
listed in CHECKIT. Anywho, my scanner, printer, and video card is
INCOMPATABLE...Any solutions??

Simple...Go back to using Windows 95.

1 problem...I don't have win95...I betatested 98. It's either that, or 3.1
