Seeking Windows 98 Multi-Link Channel Aggregation info.

We are manufacturer of high performance 56Kbps modem
coupling transformers. We very much wish to work with
next generation modem designers on the 112Kbps dual
channels modems.

We are seeking info about the MCA (Multilink Channel
Aggregation) technique in the Windows 98.

Please advice where we can find release or published
info and hardware implementations.
