How to NETSETUP?

It appears that NETSETUP is not a feature of Windows 98. We
rely on it extensively for Windows 95 by creating a server-based
install point, booting a new workstation from a floppy disk (which
installs enough networking to connect to the server-based
install point) and then run a scripted SETUP controlled by
MSBATCH.INF files to install Windows 95 on that machine.

So -- how does Microsoft expect that we do this with Windows
98? We don't have a CD-ROM drive on every computer to install
from. Do we mount the Windows 98 CD on the network and install
from the CD-ROM share? Can this share also be used as the
Windows Install Path in the registry so that additional components
or drivers needed by Add/Remove Programs (Windows SETUP) will
automatically go to this install point?

Any insight would be appreciated.
