problem with TELES idsn card win98 1721.3

hi there.

Do anybody know if win98 has drivers Teles16.3 idsn card ??

I am having problem getting this card to work. I've tried win95 drivers,but
no luck. It seems that it is the capi-drivers that messes things up....

Any suggestions are appreciated.
