After I select a drive to convert to fat32 the computer states that it needs
to reboot to go to ms-dos mode. When it reboots, I get a black screen that
says that there has been a windows protection error and to hit any key. When
I do, it gives me the shutdown screen that tells me it is ok to shutdown my
pc. When I boot up again, it states that the fat32 conversion has been
cancelled.

The same thing happened when I was uninstalling Norton Utilities, it rebooted
as it was supposed to, but I got the same windows protection error message.

Using windows beta purschased from MS. (they were no help when I called,
which is been my typical experience.)
