exe file on cd is not visible on computer running NT.

An exe file on my cd is visible when I put it in a Windows 98 and 95
machine, but not visible on a Windows NT machine, however all other
files on the cd are visible on the Windows NT computer.Why can it not
read this file on the cd?
Any response would be appreciated.
