I am trying to get an NT Server to route TCP/IP packets with two NICs,
each connected to a different set of workstations. I have everything
set to the same subnet, and have enabled IP routing in the network
settings. However, workstations on one side are unable to see or ping
anybody else on the other side. The server is able to see everybody.
I even set up the server with WINS, which resolves the IP, but the two
sides are still unable to see or ping each other. Anybody have any
suggestions? Do I need to install RAS? Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks!

You have to use different subnets on the two networks.

Each workstation must have the server IP adress set as "default gateway"
in their TCP/IP settings (or a specific route setting to the other
network setup up with the route command).
