Help with win NT machine to log in read inside.

I recieved 2 machines from a friend that works in 7/11 and they
upgraded the machines they use for the registers but they have win NT
and there is no way to get into them also hard drives are SCSI dont
know if that maters but i just dont whant to get rid of these drives
but even in the bios it will not give me the option to boot from a cd
just from the HD after it boots you can see the taskbar and the start
button but there is nothing on the menu at least no programs and you
cant right clik the mouse or you can but nothing hapens how can i gain
acces to this computer ???
i know i can get rid of the HD and install a ide and all my problems
will be solved i think but i whant to use the ones it has any help
