Can't reconnect Laptop on Office Network

We've got problem with some laptop here

When they are trying to get connected on office network after being
connect to their home network, the office server can't recognize them.
they have to restart their machine before Office Windows 2003 server
recognize them and give them a ip and then run login script.

anyone have a clue about that.
