TCP/IP troubles with NT 3.51

I have had LOTS of trouble setting up a small network using TCP/IP and
it STILL won't work. I have a DX2 with 20 Mb and run NT 3.51 us Server.

The network consists of about 16 clients. My main problem is that I can
work using NetBEUI but with TCP/IP I cant connect to ANY other computer.
How can I set up TCP/IP so I can use it? Does anybody know of some FAQ
or something to describe setting up TCP/IP on a LAN?
