I need to do performance monitoring of a remote NT machine. I can get
to the machine via telnet and ftp. Does anyone out there do this kind
of thing now? I know of SNMP, but I dont have netview to to the
monitoring functions. Any ideas?

Thanks!

add its address and netbios name to your LMHOSTS. file, then you
should be able to get to it via performance monitor/select machine.
(assuming you have the appropriate priviliges on the remote machine)

Use the Performance Monitor from a Windows NT workstation located at
your desk? You can use this to connect to other remote Windows NT
systems and monitor multiple systems simultaniously.
