I need a NFS-client to connect to an unix server from a WinNT machine.
I allready FTP-ed some evaluation software from InterGraph (PCNFS for
NT). I liked it very much, but I think it's not so bad to compare it
with some other products.
So, I'm looking for people who are using another product, and want
to share their experience (good or bad).
Please mail me to. Thanks.
Remy.
We use NetManage's Chameleon 32 NFS. Nothing amazing about it, but it works,
and includes an NFS server for NT as well. The biggest weakness I've seen is
it doesn't support UNIX symbolic links, so all you see is the link file, not
the file linked to. Also, NetManage tech support is pretty bad, IMHO.

Hummingbird sells "NFS Maestro for Windows NT", which they say supports UNIX
symbolic links. I'm gonna get a copy and find out. An NFS server is an extra
price option. I do use Hummingbird's eXceed X server for NT, which I am real
happy with. It's fast and solid. www.hummingbird.com
