[Vista] Autorun settings

Hello. I am a 'familly and friends tech support'. The fact that I know
little about Windows (last version of Windows I can called I used is
Windows 98[1]) does not bother them.

A friend has shown me a problem that every time it attach the pendrive
it opens the wireless internet application. It appeared that it has been
set as autorun for this application. When I've checked the settings no
such setting has been set in autorun properties. What can be wrong?

[1] I mean use - not from time to time check mail or fix a program
'which-used-to-work-a-minute-ago'.
