If you are using Proxy 2, use the managment console, open properties page of
web proxy, there you should see a button call "Local Address Table", put
your address in there if it is not there, installation should have put it
there,
Then go to client configuration and click the properties button in the
browser automatic configuration script, it is self explanitory form there,
When you run the Proxy client setup it will config the browser with these
settings.

Couple of simple ways to do this...
Simply configure the clients to use the proxy server for normal
connections but to NOT use it for particular domains(s).
Use Proxy Auto Config files (with our CSM Proxy it is proxy.pac) to do
the directing. Actually, there are added benefits with this wherein the
clients need to be setup only once to use the .pac file and then all
changes are simply made to this .pac file and all clients are
"automatically" using the new settings.
