Small Intranet using Win NT 4.0

I need help setting up a small intranet for my computer technology
students. My goal is to use my Win NT 4.0 workstation as the server
and let my students practice their HTML by posting it to my machine.

My Win NT machine runs on a Novell 4.1 network as a client. There is
currently no TCP/IP running on the network. We are completely
isolated. What do I need to make this work? I set the workstation up
and tried to find it using netscape running on a Win 95 client by
typing the IP address in using HTTP://208... (I don't have the address
with me), but the client could not find the server. I'm sure I'm
missing some really important steps here, but I don't know what they
are.
