I just tried that URL and got:

Fatal Error 500

Can't Access Document: ftp://ftp.bhs.com/pub/bench32.zip.

Reason: FTP-server replies: pub: The system cannot find the file
specified. .

The same error appeared for ftp://ftp.bhs.com/pub

When I tried ftp://ftp.bhs.com I found this message in the file
FTP.Site.Moved.txt:

The BHS FTP site is now at 204.119.185.209.
This site will not be publicly available after 10/4/95

The URL ftp://204.119.185.209 seems to work okay.

ftp://204.119.185.209/pub/bench32.zip. Sorry, Netscape cannot handle the
redirector. WS_FTP can though. I wonder why?
