How to move file for .tmp files

The way I have NT installed right now, all my temporary files are put
in c:\temp. However, my c drive is almost full and my g drive is almost
empty. So, since I cannot move any other files from c to g, I want to
move \temp from c to g. How do I do this? I keep running out of room
doing things like database operations.
