I have installed a new NT 4.0 Server. To give access to the users, I
created a shared directory USERS and gave full permission to everyone.
Then I created users home directory like USERS/abu, USERS/dave and so
on.
I use a logon script so when an user logs on, it maps users computer to
r:\ directory to the shared USERS directory. Is it possible to use a
logon script so that users computer map their home directory instead of
shared USERS directory ? If so, can anyone send me an example of the
batch script file ?

My other question is when it map users to the shared directory USERS.
Any domain user can see other users directory but can not access. But
you can drag other users directory to the desktop and open the
directory. So anyone can read anyone's home directory's stuff. How do I
prevent this ?

Thank you in advance for answering.

Thanks,

Abu
