The Borland IDE under the 4.02 update will work under NT. You may also
want to get the brand new 4.5 update. This includes support for OLE 2.0
automation, servers and apps. It is quite a nice package. In my mind,
better then VC++ from MS, though I have used Borland products going back
to Turbo Pascal about 10 years ago, so I will acknowledge some bias in
my opinion. Call Borland to get more info on the 4.5 update.

Cut you losses and go with VC 2.0. Its a top notch package.
I was a long time Borland Buyer, but they have sh$t on me
for the last time.

What has Borland done to you? I think BC++ is a top notch
package too. So, I would recommend BC++ over VC++.

Here is response from Borland I received on CompuServe around
1 Dec 94.
-----------------
Greetings!
Support for MIPS and Alpha has NOT been widely requested. The requests for
Power PC are more frequent, but there is no concensus as to which operating
system to support (System 7, OS/2, or NT). Borland always keeps an eye on
growing markets, but at this point there is no definitive winner.
