I get this error when I boot, what does it mean? What are the basic
steps for troubleshooting NT blue screen errors? I already tried the
following things:

Last know good menu.

Repair using the emergency repair disk.

What next? Reinstall NT?

By the way, the only piece of software I installed lately was IE4.
