FaxMail Network for Windows NT/95/98/Win32s is 32bit, and will work
standalone or on a network. You can try it for FREE. If you have one
fax modem and you want 1 - 1000 workstations to send/receive fax,
FaxMail Network for Windows is the answer. The workstations can be
any version of Windows, mix and/or match, NT3.xx, NT4.xx, 95, 98, 3.1x
with Win32s. The network does not even have to be Windows.
Workstation 1 must have a modem and access to the root of a common
server drive. All other Workstations must have access to the root of
that same common server drive. Workstation 1 receives all fax and can
route them to the in-boxes of the other Workstations. All
workstations put their outgoing faxes in the queue of workstation 1.
If you want to run FaxMail Network for Windows as an NT Service, go to
our www-page listed below and click on:
[Run FaxMail Network for Windows as an NT Service]
To learn how to map to a directory instead of the root of a server
drive, go to the bottom of "[Run FaxMail Network for Windows as an NT
Service]" (found on our www-page) and read the message thread on this
subject.
Each workstation has its own workstation number.
You can have only 1 workstation 1, but as many workstation 2s(and
above) as you want...But only 1 workstation 2(and above) can run at a
time. So if you register a 100 workstation version, only 100 people
can fax at any given time.
32bit Fax is the same except it will only work on NT and 95/98
