Yes. Hit your "PrintScreen" key. The current screen will be copied
into the clipboard. From there you can paste it into any graphics
editor and do what you like.

PrtScrn copies the entire desktop, windows and all, into the
clipboard. CTRL/ALT/PrtScrn will do the same thing for just the
current window.
