Job Description:
The Networx.One Ring Coordination Manager (RCM) is responsible for
project
management, technical solution provisioning and operational analysis
that
optimizes utilization of ACCU-Ring networks for AT&T upper tier
clients. The
Networx.One RCM will coordinate the ordering and provisioning of all
circuits joining the Networx.One Rings. This position establishes and
documents milestones and schedules, produces deliverables to meet
those
schedules, understands and improves processes, conducts periodic
audits to
assure compliance, works with process owners/users to implement
improvements
and assure proper record keeping. Technical knowledge and experience
includes SONET Transport, networking technologies and protocols (ACCU-
Ring,
Fast/Gigabit Ethernet, ATM, Frame Relay and FR-ATM Service
Interworking).Excellent customer interface skills, ability to work
within a
team, in-depth knowledge of MSOffice tools (Outlook, Excel,
PowerPoint, and
Word), and excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
