I just installed Windows 2000 with IIS and I noticed that there are some
default user accounts already created such as TSinternetuser or IUSR_server
what are the password of these accounts ??? Is it ok to Disable these
acounts ??

The IUSR_ account is the account your web visitors run as - if you disable
it, they won't be able to browse your site...
