Job Title: Sr. Release Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 8-10 Months (contract to hire)

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Project description:

·Managed the system release aspects of one or more cross functional
programs comprising multiple projects of high complexity.

· Delivered system release initiatives within project portfolio on
time and within scope, meeting high quality standards and customer
expectations; satisfies strategic and business requirements.

· Performed analysis of any issues or risks associated with a release,
implementing mitigation strategies for risk prevention and timely
resolution.

· Developed release strategy, supporting business case and various
cross-functional project plans.

· Performed adjustments of project scope, timing, and budgets, based
on the needs of the business.

· May mentor Project Managers, Portfolio Managers and/or other project
management staff.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools,
release and resource management practices, and change management
techniques.

· Significantly enhances the alignment between system release
requirements and program goals.

· Strong ability to manage the system release aspects of a master plan
comprising multiple projects.
