Description
• Contribute to all phases of the software development cycle for the
applications owned by the Credit Finance team. This includes both
current production and new applications. In particular:
o Consult with clients to define and document requirements.
o Participate in the design of larger applications.
o Design, develop, and unit test components needed for larger
applications.
o Work with the project manager and other developers to integrate the
components into the larger applications.
o Enhance existing applications
o Help the Quality Assurance team to develop application-level testing
plan.
o Provide customer support in a timely fashion.
• Obtain relevant business knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Rating
5-7+ years software development experience 5+ Yrs.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
field * Yes
Post-graduate degree desired No
Professional certification(s) desired No
Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Technology Skills: Methodologies/Standards/SDLC
Excellent knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Technology Skills: Programming Languages
J2EE *
Knowledge of SQL and database experience *
Perl
Technology Skills: Software Applications
BEA WebLogic *
