If you perform a clean reinsstall, i.e. install a fresh copy of NT, the
installer will allow you to set the Administrator password.

I'm a newbie not to careful and I lost the administrator password
on win nt. i don't even have access to TCP/IP setting's.
I tried installing the windows again but no use .
is there a universal administrator code that I can use?
please help if you can I'll be very grateful thanx Eli

If this is a PC at work on a network, have one of your IS people log
onto it with a "Domain Administrator" account & reset the local admin
password
