Assistance for LAN1-LAN2-LAN3

We've got three LAN's:
LAN1, LAN2 and LAN3
L1 has its own NT domain, own PDC and BDC
L2 has its own NT domain, own PDC and BDC
L3 belongs to L2 domain and logs in via TCP/IP to L2
No physical servers at L3 site.
LAN1, LAN2 and LAN3

No physical servers at L3 site.
L2 company acquired L1 company and we now need to merge
these LANs (ie users on any LAN can choose to log in to any domain and
"browse around"). We recently move all LANs to one ISP (UUNET) and are using
the same equipment (CISCO 2600 routers) at all sites.
Can anyone point me in the right direction here?
We're trying to setup a WAN, and I need help.
