Installing and Sharing a modem - Novell Server

I would like to install a modem on my 3.12 Server and have my Win95 Clients
share it. Installing the modem should be no prolem!

How do I get the clients to share it? It would seem that if if I am useing
the modem via one client the other client would get a busy. I am aware this
minor feat is done all the time, but how?

Will I need multiple modems on the server?
