I'm trying to run a server on a Windows XP computer (computer B) that
is connected to the internet through internet sharing on another
Windows XP computer (computer A). I need to configure computer A to
either forward packets coming in on certain ports to computer B, or
just set up computer B as the DMZ. I'm not much of a Windows person.
Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

I forgot, heres the ipconfig from each computer:

-- COMPUTER A --

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 2:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix:
IP Address: 71.80.fubar.fubar
Subnet Mask: 255.255.254.0
Default Gateway: 71.80.fubar.fubar

Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:

Connection-specific DNS Suffix:
IP Address: 192.168.0.1
Default Gateway: 255.255.255.0

-- COMPUTER B --

Connection-specific DNS Suffix: mshome.net
IP Address: 192.168.0.111
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1

I'm trying to run a VNC server on computer B on port 5900 and connect
to it from the internet.

A simple option is to run this (free) portmapper on the ICS host
machine.

Port forwarding in ICS is pretty much just like on any SOHO router. In
the advanced tab of the connection property page on the ICS server
(where you check th box to enable ICS), click the "settings" button and
specify a service from the list by checking the box, or add your own
service by specifying a port. Fill in the name or IP address of the
computer you want that service forwarded to and you can then connect to
the specified computer from the Internet side. This assumes that the
Internet interface on the ICS box is directly connected to the Internet
(has a public IP address). If it is connected to a NAT router, you'll
first have to forward the port from the router to the ICS box.
