*DisplayFallback=0?

The line is a reference to what is called "VGA Fallback mode" in
Win95.

In VGA fallback mode, If Windows 95 detects a problem with the video
card or video driver, it restarts itself with the VGA driver.

This is what happens when you get that error message about your video
driver not being correct and Win95 starts up in 640 X 480 16 color.
This is VGA fallback in action.

Now as far as to what the different values for this are, I couldnt
find that information on my MS Technet CD. Could only find an
explanation of what it was.

This flag is used internally to detect buggy display drivers. If
you set it to 1, strange things will happen.
