I have used the windows defrag utility and Norton's SpeedDisk defragger. I
have noticed that they defrag the disk differently. For instance, if I
defrag with the windows utility, and then run Speed Disk, speed disk says
that the drive is fragmented, and will start rearranging the contents.

My question: Which of these is actually the best one to use for optimum
performance?

Thanks,
Horatio

I am sure that they do not differ much. Use one of them and only this
one.
Some users reported, that SpeedDisk will speed up the system a bit. I
have not been able to see noticeable differences and so I got rid of
SpeedDisk.
