Can't uninstall MS XML 6.0 SP2?

I am trying to install MediaPortal which needs MS SQL Express 2005,
which that fails because MS XML 6.0 SP2 will not get off of my system.

I try to remove it in Add/Remove Programs no go, says "Fatal error
during installation."
Then using the recommended on many sites, msicuu2.exe does absolutely
nothing.
I even downloaded the file for it again and no errors during install
but then can't uninstall it.
I am running XP Home SP3.

HaHa, nvm, I didn't realize you then go to your Start Menu and open
the Windows Install Clean-up....
