Internet -> MS tech support?

Well, Jen, since I am not an employee of Microsoft, I am not under
the same constraints as you in terms of publishing Patty's email address.
Patty's email address is: pat...@microsoft.com
Remember people, if you have any problems whatsoever with Microsoft's
support, then email the VP, Patty, a problem description. If enough people
send problem descriptions and Microsoft cares for its customers, then the
problems should get fixed.
By the way, Jen, thanks for the name of the VP. :) What is the name
of the President of Support?
