I have a problem with running Norton's Disk Doctor on my computer which
has Windows XP. When checking the "C" drive
I get the message:

"The operating system, or another process, currently has exclusive
access
to this drive or some of its files. Norton Disk Doctor cannot continue
.."

I have no problem using the Norton's WinDoctor utility to check the
Windows XP operating system.

Any ideas about what might be happening, any things I should be
checking,
and any possible solutions would be APPRECIATED! Thanks!

That didn't solve my inability to run NDD.

close all running programs try again, if that done cure, tick the auto fix
box and NDD will run on bootup. thats the only way your gonna do it!
