I could be wrong, but does Pocket IE 3.0 use Java. If not these sites that
use Java heavily would not work.

These sites use Javascript (I think) which is supported. I wanted to see if
anyone has had any success since neither Fidelity nor Citibank can confirm
or deny whether their sites will work, though Fidelity "thinks it should."

You may need the 128 bit encryption update for PIE. You can find the URL
for the update in the FAQ at http://windowsce.kensai.com/faq

Thanks Frank. You are correct about the encryption, however, I am more
concerned about the Java in these pages and whether or not pie 2.11 (or
whatever its called) can actually access these pages. I was hoping that
perhaps someone who peruses this newsgroup had some first-hand knowledge,
but I guess not. Thanks anyway.

PIE 3.0 (which is in the H/PC devices) does not support Java. It does
support Javascript. Microsoft does have a JVM which came with my Jornada,
but I have not installed it yet, nor do I think it is integrated with PIE.

How do you get Pocket Ecplorer 3. They do not give the version number under
help. I have NEC Mobile Pro 750c
