Error while buiding OS in WINCE 6.0 R2

We have licensed WINCE 6.0 R3 software.Our product is running on WINCE
6.0 R2.
Hence we have installed the only upto WINCE 6.0 R2 in the following
sequence:-
1)Visual Studio® 2005 Professional
2)Install Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team Suite Service Pack 1
3)Windows Embedded CE 6.0
4)Install Windows Embedded CE 6.0 Platform Builder Service Pack 1
5)Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R2
When we try to build any basic Image(ARM or X86) we are getting the
following error as shown
in the screenshot and also attached the build log.
The error is, Platform Builder is unable to form services.exe
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'D:\WINCE600\OSDesigns
\ARMTEST\ARMTEST\Wince600\MAINSTONEIII_ARMV4I\cesysgen\oak\target
\ARMV4I\retail\services.exe'
