sharing event between two driver

Hello All:
I have USB and Battery driver in Windows CE 6.0 enviorment, using
XSCALE processor. I like to pulse event from USB driver and waitfor
singleobject on the same event in battery driver, can someone please
give me some idea how to implement this, if it is possible to
implement, if not please suggest me any other method I can use. Thanks
