ISA Bus IRQ issue

I am using X86 based platform and using WinCE 6.0 as OS. This platform
has ISA bus, I also have develoed CAN controller sitting on the ISA
Bus, I am using IRQ10 for the ISA bus interrupt.

Problem I am facing, ISA bus interrupt is not working, meaning I IST
in the CAN driver is not picking up interrupt or OS is not trigerring
interrupt event in the driver. Any suggestion will be a great help.
