Commenting feature different between PC and Mac

If anyone has insight about the commenting feature, please let me know.
I have an editor working on PC, and authors working on Mac, and the Mac
users cannot see all of the tracked changes properly. Will I be able to
fix this? I'm worrying that I cannot.
