BIG PROBLEM WITH W2k!!!

I've got Cel 1Ghz,256Mb, W2k + SP2, and big problem!

Every time I go in Program Files directory (form My computer or from Windows
commander/explorer) and go ,with Page-Down, to list directory my system
permanently crashes down, shows some blue screen with some note and RESET
!??!!!


What's the problem?!
Please,can somenone give me advice to solve this big problem!?!!

Check if this happens in the Safe Mode (W/O networking) if it does,
reinstall w2K or the problem might be with the RAM, if you are running
any memory caching or disk caching utility .
