It seems Explorer likes to crash when people check for updates.
So in order to keep Windows "secure" it is best to run updates periodically.
Leave it to Microsoft to screw up the one thing that *might* make
windows slightly secure, in some roundabout way.
If only Microsoft had enough money to develop solutions to these problems...
