Upgrading from 1.2: where is prtso.s (and problem with mined)?

We are upgrading an original PH 1.2 Minix version using the d1.2-1.3.tar.Z file
found on bugs.nosc.mil.
We found these problems:

- the patch for mined2.c does not work properly (it seems like we have an
earlier version of the source code, in which some lines are missing)

- our crc listing differs from the given IBM.crc file. It seems we miss the
following files:
minix/lib/IBM_PC/prtso.s
minix/doc/lib.doc

What can we do?
