I also was awaiting a MacMINIX demo, but it seems they won't do it.
I have heard some 'technical' reasons (Mac file structure etc.), but
this is obviously not the reason since tools for stuffing files
together into a pure data file or tools to create disk images are
common among Mac users.

Either they have no time offering a Mac demo disk, or they do not
want it.
