Mulicast Support for LynxOS 4.0

hai

this is raghu i am using Lynxos -4.0 on SBS -VG5 board
when i issue a command netstat -g command i am getting message this
kernel is not compiled for ipv4/ipv6 multicast routing can any please
help in this case

I know you have to add a route to use multicast, but I haven't seen a
way to add or remove it from the kernel. Try:

route add "224.0.0.0" "yourhostname"

Whether this is at Client Side or Server Side ? let me know

both you wont be able to join the group or sendto the multicast
address unless the route is added. I just tried it with a simple
multicast between linux and lynxos both ways.

don't know if there is a better way todo this or not.
