Two x servers on same machine and gnome.

Hi

I have to x servers running on same machine. Each (of two) monitors is
connected to different port in nvidia 8800 card. I have problem with
system tray. When i start an app witch uses tray on display 0.0 app
starts and uses tray. But when i send or start an app to
display 0.1 app starts but don`t install icon (skype transmission etc)
on tray.
Banshee (media player) even hangs on start.

Is there a possible way to inform apps that there`s an tray waiting for
them on second display?
